Review content:
The stylists were very pleasant however reception was very rude. I expect pleasant customer service from a salon as that is almost as important as the haircut/color itself. There are far too many salons in this neighborhood for a customer to be loyal to a place that treats them poorly. It does not appear that Dop Dop can afford to turn off customers. They should spend more time trying to retain clients and less time being rude.
