I recently found out that the staff of Rubann Salon moved a little while ago, being incorporated into a much larger location. I believe they chose this location because it was able to accommodate the entire staff, but when I got there for my appointment, I was a little anxious - the new place was just a bit too big and chaotic for my taste. BUT!! Rest assured, as I soon discovered, the minute you sit in the chair of any one of the Rubann-trained colorists, whatever room you're in magically becomes small and intimate! They are all super attentive, concentrating on just you and your specific hair color needs and concerns. I'd walked in all nervous and upset over my hair, but I was immediately comforted by their professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly, their solutions!! The Rubann staff is the absolute best when it comes to hair color (especially corrections!), so a quick piece of advice when scheduling your appointment - since their new location is so large and has many other hair colorists, definitely SPECIFY to the receptionist that you want a ""Rubann-trained colorist"" to guarantee you're getting the best!
