My hair was in awful shape--dry, damaged ends topped off by a botched highlighting job. I needed an expert and chose Rubann because of their great reputation for coloring. I was thrilled with the results! My colorist/stylist Tracy was fabulous--I felt I was in very competent hands and appreciated the fact that he listened to my concerns. When I left the salon I felt terrific!! The brassy streaks were gone, and my hair was shiny and sleek--it looked better than it had in years. When I walked back out onto 57th St. I had a swing in my step and a smile to match. This was the first time that I went to an upscale salon, but one visit convinced me that going to an expert is well worth the extra money. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
