Right before I was leaving for vacation my hair was destroyed! My dark brown hair was turned orange, bright yellow and white!!! I was shocked and devastated. With only a few days left before my trip, I frantically searched the internet for a color specialist. I was nervous of course to try someone based solely on internet reviews but from the moment I sat down Anne Marie made me fell comfortable and reassured me that my hair would be ok. We had a consultation and she examined my hair, asked what I wanted and explained EXACTLY what she was going to do. While the color and highlights were in she checked to make sure the tone was correct. She also instructed and observed the assistant as she rinsed my hair. My hair came out soft silky and smooth not fried and bleached as I came in. My color was amazing. Anne Marie was polite, patient and extremely reassuring. From now on I will keep visiting Ann Marie. I also liked that she asked me before we were done if I liked my color. She sincerely asked. I can't wait till next time as we did discuss where I would like to bring my color to. I'm so happy I found someone who actually experienced and educated in hair color. She genuinely cares. Also she wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me a bunch of products or other services. I'm more than satisfied:)
