THIS SALON WORKING OUT OF NYC AND OUT OF WESTHAMPTON BEACH HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT YES'D ME ON MY DAY OF CONSULTATIONPRE-WEDDING TRIAL AND THE DAY OF MY WEDDING! THEY DID NOT GIVE ME WHAT I WANTED WITH PICTURES & INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO THEM ON HOW MY HAIR WAS DESIRED, THEY GAVE ME WHAT THEY WANTED AND TOLD ME ON MY WEDDING DAY THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING AND I WOULD BE ON TIME FOR MY WEDDING AS WELL I WAS LATE AS MY 2 GIRLS! THEY LIED AS TO DISCUSSED PREVIOUSLY STYLES AND WERE NOT PREPARED, THEY GAVE ME A PLAIN FRENCH BRAID THAT I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF AND MY 2 GIRLS COULD HAVE BLOWN OUT THERE OWN HAIR AND PUT IT UP THEMSELVES!! AFTER BEING THERE FROM 8:00AM TILL 10:15AM, ALL THE PINS & THE WHITE VEIL COMB WAS SHOWING AND STICKING OUT AND WAS SHOWING UP ON ALL OF MY PICTURES, IT WAS NOT TUCKED IN PROPERLY INTO MY HAIR AT ALL!! WHEN MY 2 GIRLS WERE AT THE SALON AT 8:30 & THEY WOULD BE OUT BY 9:30 THE LATEST...IT WAS 10:45 AND THEY WERE STILL IN THE RUBANN SALON, ALL DISGUSTED!! THEY DIDNT HAVE THE EXTRA GIRL TO HELP DO THE HAIR FOR US AS PROMISED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE ON TIME! MY GIRLS WALKED OUT OF THE SALON FOR MY WEDDING BECAUSE WE HAD TO BRING SOMEONE ELSE INTO OUR ROOM TO DO THEIR HAIR OVER AGAIN! TAPED ON VIDEO AND PICTURES TAKEN OF MY WEDDING THE PROOF IS ALL THERE! WE PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR TRIALS & DAY OF WEDDING HAIR STYLES AND GOT NOTHING BUT GRIEF, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL & THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT & MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES AND WORKMANSHIP! DON'T WAIT TILL YOU WEDDING DAY TO TRUST THEM, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED, TRUST ME! THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING AND GIVE YOU SOMETHING ELSE. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO STYLE OR KEEP THERE WORD ON ANYTHING THEY SAY.MY WEDDING WAS AT ATLANTICA ON THE BEACH IN WESTHAMPTON BEACH, IT WAS OUTRAGEOUS AND BEAUTIFUL! RUBANN HAIR SALON LOCATED INSIDE THE ATLANTICA BUILDING, WAS & IS HORRIBLE SERVICE!! THEY JUST RENT SPACE!! I RECOMMEND YOU GO INTO TOWN AND HAVE YOU HAIR DONE AT BRUNETTI HAIR,WESTHAMTPON BEACH,LIVE & LEARN!
