So I tried to dye my hair blonde by myself one night and it turned into a disaster. My hair turned fluorescent orange/yellow like the color you would see on a cartoon character or something. I had to call out of work because there was no way I could go in looking the way I did I figured I?d find a salon and get it fixed the next day. Legitimately, I was so upset and thought it was hopeless and I was never going to look nice again. Thank god one of my roommates had read about Rubann online and told me maybe I should see if they could fix my hair. I went to Rubann and Annemarie help me so much with my hair and put so much dedication and concern into it; I felt like she really wanted to help me and she did. Not only is my hair fixed but seriously it?s the exact color I wanted originally. I am definitely sticking with her for my treatments in the future!
