Very disappointed. I was looking for a new look..so after hearing about Rubann and reading the rave reviews I called for a consultation. I had a consultation with a man,I don't remember who but he wasn't working the day of my appt. so I had Anna. I wanted my hair a lt brown & brought the picture I had at the consultation. I landed up with bright red hair but Anna put a brown toner on to correct it. Then it was very dark almost black, Anna was nice about it & lightened it with highlights. I kept showing Anna the picture & she said the 1st red color was marked down on my card from the consulation I didn't understand how it was nothing that was discussed or like the picture. Even with the highlights my hair was still very dark and uneven in color. I spent almost a whole day I just wanted out. Anna had told me before I left to call them if I didn't like it they would fix but I didn't have the time so I went to a local walkin place to correct. I decided to give Rubann another shot, I liked the cut from Deni & other clients color looked good..so I thought it was just a mistake. I booked with Anna but I got Ann Marie..that was ok but what if I had wanted Anna..and they also lost my color card from the first time..that was no problem since I didn't like my color..lucky I didn't. So we were going to start over since my hair washed out and now had lots of the awful red showing through. Ann Marie was very nice & was changing my base to get rid of the red & doing a few blond highlights....well I now have so many highlights may hair is bleached blond it looks faded..especially on one side. I told Ann Marie so and she said I can come back for some lowlights.but I want my hair to look good when it is done.I don't want to have to correct it all the time. I will never go back..I do not have the money or time for this & my hair can't take all this processing. I don't understand why this happened.
