I have no sympathy for anyone who parks their car illegally, especially in a clearly marked handicapped parking space. There are cars who regularly park in handicapped spaces without a hang tag in their car or their license plate marked as handicapped. These are able bodied drivers who ignore the law and deprive handicapped drivers of their legal right to park in handicapped parking spaces. Shame on you. Be glad that you don't HAVE to use handicapped parking and are able to walk without difficulty.
