My vehicle was towed from my friends HOA for not having a permit. She should have told me, but now I have to pay to get it out. When I arrived at MAXX there was about 3 people in front of me. While I waited I heard a man yelling at the lady at the window, he was really mean! I thought, great, now I'll be yelled at 'cause she'll be mad. When I got up there she was so pleasant and nice, and apologetic for the wait and the fact that I even had to be there. It made it not so bad, everyone, even the cute guy that drove my car out for me, was really nice. If you HAVE to get your car impounded you should hope that it is MAXX!
Pros: nice impound yard, polite workers
Cons: having your car towed.
