WARNING!! Your signing a lease with the Devil. I worked with them for 4 years and received no pay or even a thank you for all you have done for us and the tenants on OUR property . I got threats of a 3 day eviction 8 times because I wasn't doing things their way IN MY HOUSE... WTF... The Lamperts want to run your life their way or ELLS you get a 3 day EVICTION THREAT! They are the BIGGEST Property Management JOKE I have EVER encountered in my life. I received threatens and acts of a Bulling to Handicapped person. I'm a handy Capt. Vet. and wanted to show them they NEEDED to respect other people, but it's a waist of time when your working a self Centered, egotistical, selfish person with no respect for others ONCE you sign ANY THING with them jokers. They Have a major problem with paying people what's owed them. I had to call and fight with them EVERY 6 months just to get paid $20°° for their parking lot light power that was wired to my bed room power in my apartment that I had to pay. Had I not noticed it, they were NOT going to tell me about it!!! The best thing they did for me was give me a ""Notice to Quit"" (which is their way of trying to bully you in to what they want you to do) because they wanted to raise the rent. they only gave me 30 days to find a new place and to move out. FORGET getting all your Deposit back no matter how good you leave your apartment! they charge more than what it really costs to do things. THE Lampert Property Management Company is the worst People I have ever been exposed to. I have one thing for them and it's a finger... and it's NØT a thumbs up! Thank you for NOT choosing these Clowns if you do, and if you do sign a lease with this company. THAT'S WHAT YOU GET!! I DO NØT Recommend Using this company at all, for any thing! WARNING BAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!! WARNING!
