It is over 8 years that Caron Realty has been managing our homeowners association, and they have changed my opinion in a very positive way of what a management company does for the homeowners. They answer calls promptly and go out of their way to take care of problems in a very timely manner. Even when I have had to call them after hours, they called me back within the hour. The office staff is always cordial and this company continues to show genuine concern for the wellbeing of the residents in our community. They follow up. When something needs fixing, they take care of it promptly or will make helpful suggestions if the repair is my responsibility. They go the extra mile. Caron Realty is a real asset to our community.
