I worked for this McDonalds for a total of 3 yrs. During that time, I am proud to say that I won them an award for having the fastest, most accurate drive thru service in the country! Check the drive-thru window, the sticker is probably still there. Since I have left the quality of food and service has really, REALLY gone downhill! Everytime I let the kids talk me into going there when we are down visiting I regret it. They employ almost all illegals or non American born citizens now and trying to get your burger without onions or something is almost impossible. In addition, the non native workers also seem to have a love affair with the pepper, which is pretty much all you can taste on your burgers there. Honestly, out of the last 15 visits to this particular store, EVER SINGLE TIME THERE WAS SOMETHING MISSING OR WRONG! Not one time have they gotten it right!! And the food tastes like dookie. I don't have any axe to grind with them, I'm just tired of getting awful food and service. The only bright point now is getting to see my old friend Mirelli, who'm they were smart enough to make a manager. She's a nice girl, say hi to her.
Cons: Slow service, Orders ALWAYS wrong
