I am VERY disappointed with the service I received at European Auto Service. If you care about your vehicle, don't take it here. I took my car in for an oil change and they told me I needed a new battery because the old one was drained. I bought a new battery, and now my radio does not work. They refuse to take responsibility saying ""There is no proof the damage was done here"". They also try to use ""scare"" tactics or bullying tactics to intimidate you. When I asked to speak to the owner, they wouldn't let me. They said my option was to take legal action. Very unprofessional service, and now I have to get my lawyer to try to resolve this manner. What a headache for an oil change! Don't ever go here!
