DON'T GO TO FLORAL EXPRESSIONS!!!!!. The previous review was written in 2005 when Kathy owned the shop, back then the quality was excellent. Now Rauxanne owns the shop, the quality is horrible. Go to Dixon Florist. I just had my wedding not so long ago and Floral Expressions did my flowers for my wedding. When I first came in to speak with the owner, Rauxanne, she seemed ok, they charged me $35.00 for consultation which is different, since most florists are more than happy to help you, but ok. So I showed Rauxanne exactly what I wanted in my wedding bouquet and let her know of the shape, size, and the flowers I wanted in the bouquet and also the bridesmaid bouquets. I even gave her my floral book that she accused me of taking even though I explained to her several times that I bought it at Michael's. So the wedding day came and the flowers were a DISASTER. I wanted a round shape to the bouquets with the stems wrapped. The bouquets were half circles put in a plastic holder, the plastic holder were exposed and not even wrapped with floral tape. The flowers I asked for and she charged me for were not even in the bouquets. You know the saying ""you get what you pay for,"" so I thought since I paid a arm and a leg, I figured that the quality was excellent and the florists took pride in her work. THE FLOWERS WERE FALLING OUT OF THE BOUQUETS BEFORE THE WEDDING. GUESTS, FAMILY, AND THE WEDDING COORDINATORS WERE FOLLOWING ME PICKING UP THE FLOWERS AND SHOVING THEM BACK IN THE BOUQUETS. I WAS SO EMBARRESED!!!After my mom confronted her she lied about what I said and when my mother-in-law confronted her she made up another lie, totally different from what she told my mom. She still didn't refund for the bouquets and she hid in back when my mother-in-law came to the shop.\r
