Wow! This business has been in Santa Monica since 1923. This was unlike any experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. The owners Chuck and Harold are part of the family that originally started the business. \r

When I called on the phone they were extremely friendly and offered to do a free inspection of my cooling system. My car had been overheating and when I went to the dealer and I was told that I needed a new radiator and some other parts which was going to cost over $900.00. \r

After I brought the car into the shop (by the way, I was given a ride to my office), I received a call about an hour later saying that the a small hose was broken and the total repair would be $95.00. The repair was completed the same day and they even offered to give me a ride back to the shop. Two days after the work was done, they called to see how the car was running. I was overwelmed with their customer service.\r

Check out the Italian Deli up the street. They make amazing sandwiches.\r

The guys at Santa Monica Radiator are so awesome and so honest.
Pros: Honest, Family Owned, Very friendly
Cons: I travel a lot for work and wish they were located in other parts of the state
