The sushi was without question, the finest I've had in America. It comes very close to the kind I had in Japan a year ago, but this one is much closer to the house. I could spare the airline ticket now for good thankfully. Everything about the experience was magnificent. Nobu has definitely commanded my undivided attention for its forte of food. The details, the service, and the ambiance were right on target as highly expected. Upon arrival, the manager greeted me and my group at the entrance and was very gracious about every possible detail of my evening at the restaurant. The clientele were classy and respectful as well, outside of the occasional on-lookers. Sushi is a delicacy and should be served in no other fashion than the manner that Nobu masterfully presents. There would be no justice on earth if not solely stated as true ""Showtime Sushi."" -L.A.
