BUYER BEWARE!! This place is horrible!!! So unorganized!! They have a bunch of ditzy airhead girls working the front desk and the entire staff talks to you as if youre an alien!! The only reason I'm back is because I have a groupon to finish out! After that, I will never come back here nor recommend it!!! No wonder they need groupons and living social deals to stay in business. There is serious lack of communication and coordination. We were informed that they fired the girl that called to confirm an ""unscheduled"" SCHEDULED appointment. Really? After talking to the office manager, Sally?, realized their customer service is atrocious, and SHE is the one that should be fired. I've been in customer service related business for years and they have NONE. They need Groupon deals to stay in business, and will use what's left on mine, but will never come back here nor recommend it!!
