Review content:
I walked in ten minutes to close and they asked how they could help me. I asked to get my eyebrows done and they said they were closed. Why would you ask how can I help you if you didn't intend to perform the task that most customers usually walk in for - THREADING. Clearly there were people still waiting in line and ladies still threading. If closing time is in ten minutes, that minutes you can't stop taking people until that time. When I asked questioned her she was rude with a snotty attitude. \r

Prior to this experience, they made me wait 40 minutes when they had said it would take 10 minutes. Lazy workers and not efficient. People sit around and talk instead of providing good and fast customer service to their customers. I would avoid this place at all costs and go to Ruby's across the street or Hair Images.
