I live nearby and thought this would be a good place to go for an oil change. ""No line, No wait"", the sign said. \r
The line was short, and now I know why. First, I had to wait while the employees flirted with the customer in line behind me. Then, I had to wait while they explained to me how a car works. I had to wait while they tried to sell me services I have performed somewhere else. Then, after all of that waiting, I had to wait to pay. They only offered to come to the register and take my money after I got in my car to leave. I was so angry I threw the money down and left. Obviously, I will not return.
