Be prepared - This is an experience, not just a meal. It takes an entire evening to dine and you DO cook the meal yourself at your table - that IS the fondue concept. Some consider that a ""con"" but I love it.
The food is delicious. The dessert is TO DIE FOR and sometimes we go in just for that. Thankfully, service at this branch is more consistant than at others in this chain.
Would I go with kids? Well, that depends on the kids. I've been seated near children several times and it wasn't a problem. Large groups? Well, the style of dining forces a feeling of 'division' into smaller groups, even at the large tables because it's 4 to a cooking pot. If you don't mind that, it's fun to do.
The romance level is VERY high. They are ALL ABOUT the special occasion!
