Review content:
I was given 6 free oil changes at time of purchase. First oil change was free. This is second time I brought in Jeep. At end was given bill. Once I brought this up to reps attention at end of serviceing (I was given a bill) I was told oop - next time you can use your free. I paid and left, but not entirely satisfied with that response. Rest of experience was fine. Five stars in fact. Rep did get me out of there quickly and provided excellent service otherwise.
