I used this service only because Buckeye Cablesystem highly recommended them and spoke very highly of them. Also they stated I would recieve a 10% discount for being a Buckeye customer. They had my system for well over a week, bad communication between employees as to the status of my work order and opon picking up my system they refused to give me the 10% discount without a copy of my Buckeye bill. Told them that is why I came to them, they were recommended by Buckeye. The employee who handled me at pick up was very rude, questioning my photo ID, refusing discount to me. Will not use them again. Sorry Buckeye Cable, you should not recommend them to future customers in need.\r
