Review content:
After my loved one passed away. I hired this company to do the headstone. Reason i went with this company is because the owner Mike gave me the best quote. When i met with him he said it would be an extra 200 dollars, so i agreed. He said it would be done in less than fourteen days. Its almost two months, the monument has not been installed. When i called to complain he didn't care, he said that the headstone company said the cemetery is too far away so they want to wait until they at least get another order close by so it would be worth it for them to make the trip out. But he said that we could pick it up and deliver it by the grave and he would have some one install it. Keep in mind the price we paid everything was supposed to be included. Why would i be doing his work. I cant wait for the whole process .to be over with, so my loved one can finally rest in peace. If you dont want a headache avoid this company.
