I decided to give this a try based on customer ratings and felt confident I would have a experience. After my stylist and I discussed my color at length and went over photos that I brought, the end result was not even close to what I wanted. How do you look at a photo and get it so wrong? I have fine hair that is on the damaged side and she used a metal round brush on soaking wet hair - eek. I saw peices of my hair breaking off as she jerked the round brush in my hair. Ultimately, I had to go somewhere else to have this re-done. I went to my suburban middle-end salon and was far more thrilled with the results. Had my experience with the coloring process itself been alright, I don't care for the phoniness of salons that try to be ""artsy"". Ish.
