Businiess name:  Scutra Cedrone Restaurant

Review content:
My husband and I love going to Scutra's. Other friends of ours do as well. It's a 5 star restaurant without the 5 star price. Each time we've gone there, the dishes have been incredible. The wait staff is courteous and nice, the hostess is very professional, and the chef is friendly and a master of his cuisine. Mr. Baugniet is a 5-star trained chef with just as much talent as other famous chefs, but without the clamor and glamor of MIng Tsai or Michael Schlow. The ambiance is pleasant and contemporary, and it's quiet enough for conversation. Did I mention that they have a REAL cappuccino machine? The fish is so fresh it swims! The pesto sauce mussels are to die for. The tempura shrimp with a light wasabi sauce is incredible. The salmon is cooked perfectly. The steaks... I'm getting hungry already. \r I would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to enjoy a gourmet dinner at an affordable price and actually carry a conversation. \r However if you are into Vinny T's or the local burger place, or you feel the need to pay $65 for a main course at l'Espalier in order to enjoy your meal and show off your culinary expertise, well, then, do everyone a favor and don't come here. Pros: Delicious food, quiet, courteous staff, reasonable price, great coffee Cons: off Main street, parking may be a problem, not that cheap
