Review content:
We hired Old South to build a 16' x 20' hardy board shed in our backyard. Dave and Dave cut the materials for most of the building at their facility in Sanford, so actual time spent constructing the shed in our backyard was brief and efficient. The shed has two windows, french doors, architectural shingles, and a ramp.Overall, this was the perfect experience. Dave handled all of the necessary government permits and hoop-jumping for our HOA. They arrived early and worked hard, completing the shed in only two days. They left the paperwork for final permit approval and cleaned up after themselves completely. The shed is beautiful, incredibly well-built, and the envy of all of our neighbors. If you are in the market for a shed, garage, gazebo, or other storage building, you should call Dave at Old South!
