\r If you truly love your pets, don't take them here. If you love being ignored or treated as if you're invisible once eye contact is made, then go here. I've only ever encountered one pleasant front desk assistant. They never smile or acknowledge you and say the common polite ""Hello, someone will be right with you"". I never feel welcome there. The vets are ok, except for the new young one, Dr. Gurmani...he was rude to me and then argued with me in the waiting room in front of another vet and customers, claiming he hadn't told me something regarding my dog's shots that I had just repeated back to him in the examine room (twice, so I was clear). Maybe he's just new and doesn't have that pleasant bedside manor yet, but I'm not waiting to find out. I've been taking my dogs here for years and am always uncomfortable...except for Dr. Villicana, he seemed cool, but not always there. I'm not thrilled with the fact that they are closed 12-2 weekly. Also, if you do go, pay attention to your bill, several times I've gone and they try to charge me $50 for an exam, when all my dogs are just getting shots.
