Businiess name:  Mike's Tailor Shop
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
From its humble, nondescript storefronts on both Spring and Main Streets, one would think Mike's is just another of the Fashion District's many no-name tailor shops. Recommended to me by a prominent Downtowner, I brought a test shirt and pair of pants to Mike's and was not disappointed. They were even able to repair (as much as possible) a shirt previously botched by another alterations place. I have since made Mike's my default tailor shop. (As of December 2008, Mike's now takes credit cards in addition to cash.) Pros: credit cards accepted, accurate work, convenient to Historic Downtown and Fashion District residences Cons: no air conditioning (can make for uncomfortable changing rooms in summer)
