Review content:
I was pretty upset when my car was damaged by a hit and run. My insurance sent me to this place and I still have no idea why. When I went into this smoke filled office, the owner, Jay or Jake, couldn't even be bother to get out of his chair to greet me. It looked like he was having a party rather than working. It was him and a bunch of his friends, smoking, drinking and playing cards. When I was trying to tell him why i was here, he kept getting phone calls and interrupting me. He told ME to go and ask his 'mechanic' what I should do. The thing that sent me over the edge was this guy also had a very annoying child running around covered in dirt as if he was working there. The little boy kept telling me about how he's done work with a buffing wheel (i'm not familiar with auto body terms) and he said 'oh i can take care of that for you.' As if he is going to do the work. He couldn't be anything over 12. No way to run a business. He should be shut down. And yes, I did call the Department of Labor regarding the child.
