Review content:
I have lived here for about 3 months so far and I am loving it. I am recently separated so this apartment has definitely made the transition easier on me. The office staff was great in understanding my needs (preferably 2nd or 3rd floor with a view) they helped me find a great 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor with a view of Pikes Peak. The maintenance staff was so great in getting to the few work orders I put in within the first few days of moving in a timely manner and they did the work right from the start. On the nights I come home from work late at night on the weekends there is a security guard and it makes me feel safe in this new environment. Not to mention it is only a few minutes from the grocery store and from the college where I might pick up a few classes.
