Review content:
One of the closest Cosi restaurants to my house is one of my least favorite ones. During my last visit the lock to the bathroom was broken, the soda machine was giving off a strange foul odor and the kitchen was lacking in service, and or cleanliness. Typically when I walk in a cosi I am excited to see a clean kitchen/work area where they prepare your salad and sandwich in front of you. At the Cosi in Virginia Square that is a different story. It almost resembles a mid-renovation feel as the kitchen behind the counter is hidden behind a metal counter where one worker prepares your food. It kind of makes me nervous at the lack of equipment or active preparation display that most Cosi's have. Just a few blocks down there is a much better Cosi and worth the additional minutes in travel to get better quality food at the next Cosi. Pros: It was open during Snowmagedon
