Review content:
Our furnace went on the brink during one of the coldest months we've had this past winter. Kleve got someone over here Johnny on the spot. I actually felt sorry for the guy. He was probably here 3 hours on Saturday, which was probably his day off. He repaired what he thought was the problem, but it didn't work. He was surprised, as he had been doing this kind of work for 25 years, so he took another look and decided to replace the control panel next, which still didn't do it. It turned out that he had repaired the correct part the first time, but the new part was bad. He had to leave to get a new part, then come back and install it. That dude went above and beyond for us, so we were definitely satisfied!
