Review content:
First I want to say that we never got a chance to have any work done by this company, so we don't know the quality of their work. But if their customer service is any indication, we're glad we didn't.\r

So we call the company on a Thursday and spoke to Heath about getting a bid on adding cement to our backyard for a patio. He said he'd try to send someone out to give us a bid a few days later on Saturday at 1pm, and that if that person couldn't make it--that person would call to reschedule.\r

So that person calls because he can't make it at 1pm. Him and I reschedule for the following Tuesday at 4:30p.m. Sure enough, I get a phone call from this person at 4:31 pm asking me if we indeed had an appointment? Confused I said of course, what are you talking about? He gives me this whole speil about how he doesn't work after 5pm and that he has choir practice with his daughter and that he ""had a guy"" that we could call since our job was so small. \r

So my wife calls Heath and explains what just happened and Heath apologizes and says that this employee will probably be fired and that he needs our work and this and that and blah blah blah. He also offers personally to come to our house and to examine the work we were looking at.\r

We think okay, great! So him and my wife pick 1 oclock for him to come to our house. Sure enough, he doesn't show up until 2pm!!!!! He explains to her that he won't even bid our work because he knows we're not a fan of his company and the he was just basically coming to see us to make us happy and to apologize and hopeing that we would not write a bad review of his company. \r

So, if you have a small job, and want to be lied to, and want to be given the runaround to, and not have people show up ontime---THIS IS YOUR COMPANY.\r
