Review content:
I really love getting my hair cut by Ward. I even loved getting my hair colored by him... at first. The color was his suggestion, and while is does look great and also makes me look a lot younger like he promised, my hair is now so damaged I am afraid to get anything done to it now. I asked Ward about just touching up my roots the last couple of times I was in, but he insisted that that was NOT an option. He informed me that I would need all of my hair done all over again. I have so much damage to my hair now I don't know what to do. Split ends, drying, frizzy, break off, you name it - I've got it. I have recently started to ask around at other salons and I get the same response everywhere; no one can understand why Ward won't just touch up the roots. I've also been told by these other stylists that I could end up having to get my hair cut short just to salvage what I have left. It's sad really. I love my hair cut. But for the huge price tag of the damage from over coloring, not to mention the massive damage inflicted to my pocketbook, I am probably not going back.
Pros: Never, ever had anything less than a great cut
Cons: Hair coloring and parking
