They did our patio and walk ways in 2009, It was supposed to be stamped and stained concrete. Within a few weeks, it cracked and we got a hole, in a low traffic but very visable area. I have called and emailed them about 20 times and they have failed to do anything!! I did get one email response, but they NEVER came back to address our concerns as the email noted The complaint list is: to repair the cracks, holes, stains or texture due to poor sealing lack of stain and stamp pattern. We also have a boot print, stamped and stained in the patio.
They we so nice when we were in the bidding process, and we picked them over 4 other companies. Its VERY disappointing that we can not recommend them, the patio needs to be repaired, it looks like its really old and ugly.
