Reading Gymnastics has so much potential. It is unfortunate that they can not do anything with the place.\r \r The good part of RGA is the coaches who, for the most part, are kind and caring (some pretty unmovited and seemingly disinterested though).\r \r Communication from RGA is terrible and the facility itself is in very poor condition. Some things appear unsafe. It is dirty and not well kept. The owner is not interested in parental feedback and/or making improvements. With three kids taking classes there, I couldn't even get a return phone call about scheduling a birthday party. The waiting areas are small, crowded/cramped and do not lend themselves to watching the kids during their practices. They have tiny viewing areas that parents crowd around and no one can see their child(ren). Poor attempts were made to install viewing ""screens"" but they rotate and you can never see your child. the waiting area of full of germy, old disgusting toys.\r \r With other facilities nearby that are large, accommodating, parent friendly and have more to offer (i.e., b'day parties, parent classes, wi-fi, good viewing, etc.) my recommendation would be to skip RGA and invest in a place that is more current and family-friendly, such as Gym Street or Yellow Jackets.
