DO not get alterations done here. I brought a dress to Winns and explained I wanted it hemmed up about 2 inches. She said okay and took the measurements. I went back two days later and my dress was a shirt!! I tried it on in front of her as my crotch was showing and said what did you do?! she was like you said do it this short. I def did not tell her that short. She told me to leave the dress (which was very expensive and ruined) and she would fix it. I came back in and she added 3 inches of fabric to the bottom. And she charged me again! So I paid 15 for the first alteration and 5 for her mess up. She should have paid me for having ruined my dress. SHe was impossible to talk to and did not want to hear anything I had to say. Please save yourself the trouble and go some where that actually cares and doesnt do alterations have assed.
