We moved into a new house and started planning on executing a very large landscaping project for our badly sloped, horribly clay-filled, weed-filled backyard. Our landscape project was to involve multiple retaining walls, concrete paver patios, two sets of stairs, a playground area, sprinklers, metal safety fence, and a large, second story deck extension. We wanted to hire a Landscaper who would be able to handle all aspects of our plan. We requested quotes from most of the established Landscape companies who serve the Beaverton – Tigard - Forest Grove area. Many Landscapers were contacted and out of the four landscapers who actually submitted quotes; we decided to go with Ignacio of IV Landscape. \r

We hit it off with Ignacio from the very beginning because we found him to be a polite, creative, easy going, and extremely honest person. In other words, we felt very comfortable working with him. We believe that our landscape project was probably the largest one ever undertaken by Ignacio, but we had faith that he would deliver as planned and as promised. And in the end he really did. In fact, Ignacio did such an incredible job with every aspect of our landscaping project that we, and everyone who has seen it, are amazed. Every aspect of our landscape project was done very well and with lots of care and Ignacio handled the entire project: permits, inspections, etc. We are very happy with our backyard now and can actually enjoy it. Since our landscape project was big and required about 8 weeks to complete; we got to know Ignacio quite well. Ignacio and his team showed up early every day, worked hard all day, and stayed until at least 5 PM (no matter the weather). They even worked half days on Saturday. They were all polite, very pleasant to interact with, non-intrusive, and hard working. Ignacio kept us updated on the project’s progress. He also advised us on the different aspects of the project; asked for our input when needed; talked us out of some expensive, non-value added changes we were thinking of making; and patiently put up with all of our changes, additions, requests, and questions. Also, Ignacio never tried to up sell or pressure us into anything. Ignacio is refreshingly conservative in his approach and he always under promised, but over delivered on everything.\r

We whole heartedly recommended IV Landscape to our friends and would definitely recommend to anyone planning to have any landscaping done to give Ignacio a call.
