I went to this place with a simple request, when I asked how much a whole spool of ribbon would cost, I was told that it was sold by the yard. I then asked how many yards was on a spool. The woman at the desk glared at me and informed me that she did not know. I then asked her if she would measure out some for me, because I wanted to buy 2 spools. She gave a heavy sigh and started measuring the ribbon out. She shoved all the loose ribbon in a bag and told me how many yards it was. At this point I was just ready to get out of the store. The price was outrageous, also. Typically if the prices are outrageous, you at least expect to get decent service.

Advice - Go to Hancock's Fabrics, or the Cotton King
