Terrible customer service. Always screws up my orders. This company is also notorious for copying well known and quality products that LOOKS the same but works totally different (as in crap). Save your money and go elsewhere around the area like Mithra Tattoo. I also did not like the fact that the owners have no clue about the industry. Word is that the owner ""Rock"" is just an importer of acupuncture needles and decided to get in the tattoo game by making inferior knockoffs of other stuff.
