Review content:
This place is a very poorly run place in my opinion. It is invested with Cock Roaches and termites. I lived there for one year. The place is old and run down and falling apart in my opinion. The TV ads are misleading and most of the eople who appear on it are staff members not residents. It is advertised as a 55 year and older community but in my opinion it is a nursing home that is over priced and not as advertised. Much of the staff does their best to help the residents but the extra charges for even getting help on anything is over priced. I was also targeted many times to leave my assets to the Foundation that promises very high interest rates but upon due diligence I discovered that any return that is double the private sector is to be avoided. They also allow alcohol to be served to residents that should not mix alcohol and medications. I was also assaulted by an intoxicated resident and the Director did nothing about it.
