This was the first time I went here and it will be the LAST!! The girl who booked the appointment was polite and friendly; but the stylist I was given was very rude!! This is by far the WORST experience I've had at a salon. Casey, the stylist, walked in and slammed a magazine down on the counter in front of me. She never introduced herself and just said do you know what you want? She then scalded me with hot water while washing my hair and pushed my head in different directions without saying a word.\r

When she rang me up, of course she charged more than what she quoted prior to starting and was obviously annoyed when I asked why she had added to the bill. I expressed to the manager that the stylist lacked professionalism and customer service skills; her best response was that next time I should choose someone who I can better mesh with!\r

Don't even consider this place unless you want to be treated like an interruption!
