I made one appointment here and never went back. After waiting literally over an hour, which is apparently common for this office, I then met with Dr. Hines who immediately was standoffish and rude. She didn't ask me any questions whatsoever about my previous skin history and treatment, and then was exceedingly condescending. I have been going to the dermatologist for years, since puberty, and Dr. Hines treated me as though I was clueless and was patronizing to a sickening amount. I don't know what she feels like she has to prove, or why she is so miserable, but she prescribed me two creams that I already used years ago and if she actually asked me anything she would have known that. It was a total waste of my time and energy and I suggest everyone to go somewhere that's actually professional.
