jsut when I finally got over mourning the closing of the meetinghouse restaurant, the owner is back. She's bought the Elite Cafe and transformed it from a house of shlock to an Art Deco stunner with lovely service, fanciful cocktails and great food. Eating any of the food is about as soul fullfilling as you can get...... and they've even kept a heavenly oyster list though they got rid of the old oyster display. don't miss the biscuits or desserts......
Pros: they hava a parking lot & have promised outdoo
