DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!! I cannot even put into words how aweful this place is. They did not ask us if we wanted insurance and we questioned the charge on the estimate. They said that it needs to be handled by Budget directly. They were wrong. They are rude and know how to work the system. I tried for months to fight the charges though the credit card, but they are savy and know how to work the system. My $30 a day rental for 4 days ended up being over $400. I cannot stress enough how much I would discourage anyone form using them. 1 star is too much!!!!

Cons: everything about them- liars, rude
