Review content:
The owner groomed my liitle poodle mix. When I got home I realized that her ear was cut at the tip and the insides of her ears were raw and bleeding. The owner said that since it had been so long since her ear hair had been pulled she pulled them all at once instead of the way they should be done, a little at a time and that she didn't know she cut her ear. A week later I had to take her to the the Vet and put her on antibiotics. I spoke with groomer again, she showed no concern, she would not give me a refund and just said ""a lot of dogs come here"" and she didn't need my business. I was so dissapointed in her and my poor dog has been tramatized.
Cons: Vet Bills afterwards!
