Certain mail carriers from this branch are unprofessional at best, down right scandalous at the least. One carrier threatened to kill a route customer and got hired back! How's that for ""Going Postal'? Wonder why Federal employees need a union? Visit this office and you'll find out quickly. Complaints from entire neighborhoods go unanswered even when taken online or directly to the 'Postmaster'. Incredulous behavior, lost mail, failure to deliver, etc., etc. Makes you wish UPS or FedEx could deliver our every day mail, cheaper, faster, more accurate. People in this zip code are 'held hostage' by their carrier and complaints go no where. Postmaster even appears to tell carrier which people complain so then your service gets even worse (if that was even possible). Absolutely unacceptable for hign paid, federal employees with great benefits that most people could only dream of to conduct themselves in this way. A DISGRACE! Pros: It's close by... Cons: Everything else not listed above.
