Review content:
I went to Spring Lake Car Wash to have my old car washed and then my new car. I brought the old car first and when home noticed a part was missing -valve cap. \r
The owner I saw on other reviews has a history of yelling at customers that complain. \r
He said I hit a bump and it came off. He was extremely rude and screaming at me!\r
I got home and my neighbor noticed something more serious missing ,which was an insert on my hood louver. So I went to speak to the owner again and he was worse! \r
I asked to see the surveillance camera tape that he said showed my car coming into the facility, but he refused to let me see it. I wanted to show him I had that insert coming in.\r
I am having a very hard time finding this part and he offered no help and to add insult to injury he verbally abused me.\r
I left cause this owner is very unprofessional, hot tempered ,terrible business owner. \r
Stay away and go to another car wash or wash your own car. Learn from my experience.
