My friend and I were walking the boardwalk on a cold windy winter's afternoon, looking for something warm to drink. We stepped into the Volna and they very kindly agreed to let us sit in their dining room just for coffee. Crisp and clean, the room was empty, but there was a low hubub of russian coming from another room. The coffee and tea were hot and good, the view lovely and the waiter, who sat in the same room with us, friendly but unobtrusive. It was one of the best hours of my life.......
