The room was freezing! It took two hours for someone to come 'fix' the heater and then it was barely lukewarm, in the middle of winter! The room and lobby were just depressing.
I was told that in the winter rooms must be paid in advance. Even though my company paid for the room in advance they asked for my card and promised it was 'for incidentals only,' yet they charged me for a full night's stay! They still haven't refunded the charge.
i've reported the Park City Peaks Hotel to the Better Business Bureau. It's a terrible place to stay.
Pros: Near Main Street
Cons: Credit card charged twice - unhelpful unknowledgeable staff
